In 2020/2021 we partnered with the great folks at Tracking Y Ranch and JK Livestock to return cattle to Flying M.  We held 6 (once a month) sorting practices and 1 cattle orientation class.  We started off with 2 man sorting and worked through some kinks along the way, eventually switching to 3-man in March and April to speed people through runs.  The cattle held up great and everyone seemed to have a great time.  We managed to make it through all the COVID restrictions and provide everyone with an opportunity to get out and play with the cows.  Whether you were a beginner or an expert, had a partner (or 2) or not, there was a place for everyone here this year.   We are looking forward to the fall to return sorting and possibly other cattle events and can't wait to see you all here again.  If you didn't get a chance to make it out this year we hope you'll be able to get out in the fall.
